Greene Memorial Hospital Scholarship for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy

The Greene Memorial Hospital Scholarship awards up to three employees per year scholarships to participate in the Healthcare Consumer Advocacy Professional Certificate.

These scholarships are only available to employees that are within the Greene Memorial Hospital system.

Employees’ training as healthcare consumer advocates will enable them to effectively assist patients and their families as they navigate the healthcare system.

Greene Memorial Hospital is the Title Sponsor of the Healthcare Consumer Advocacy program and provides financial support to establish the certificate within the Midwest region.

PNC Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education (BAECE) Scholarship

The PNC BAECE Scholarship is available to Antioch University Midwest students who are completing their Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education during their final semester of student teaching.

Award amounts and number of awardees will vary based on student needs and available funding. Scholarship awards range from $500 to $2000 and there are currently two award cycles per year.

The PNC BAECE Scholarship grant was made in support of PNC’s Grow Up Great, a 10-year, $100 million initiative to enhance early childhood education and school readiness.

Through this partnership, Antioch University Midwest and PNC Bank Dayton Region will work together to better the lives of young people ages zero to five by providing qualified, educated teachers.
